I'm thrilled to share The Few and Cursed is back on Kickstarter with our best-ever campaign yet! We launched less than a week ago and we're THIS close to 1.000 backers already, maybe you could help us get there?!
Fabiano and I are so excited to share Red's latest adventure with you, it's definitely a lot more epic and grander in every scale and we're expanding the universe in ways we didn't think was possible before.
And we got here because of you guys and your continued support, thank you, I never can't thank you enough.

One of the ideas I'm most excited about is the Phantom Train which debuts its' first appearance in issue #9, it's going to be so much fun to unveil this part of the story. I'd really appreciate it if you could back the project as early as possible.
The more backers we get early on the more backers we get by the end of the campaign the more Stretch Goals we unlock. It's a win-win for everyone!

I'm absolutely over the moon with this project, it's something so new and creative and stimulating and definitely one step closer towards what a lot of us have wanted for a long time: a TV series or film. I have a new graphic novel live on Kickstarter but it's a tough one to talk about in light of recent events.

Usually I'm always upbeat and happy to announce new projects, milestones and celebrate the work we do together. Because Kickstarter is doing something together. Today though I have to be careful and sensitive about announcing this latest: One-Eyed Jack.
The OEJ series is a response to a sad reality that we're reminded of pretty regularly. I'm angered that I have to share a new project having to address the two latest tragedies that shook the US in these past two weeks. I'm angered that a project like this is necessary to exist.
And while this update is obviously to share something I'm working on with you, I also want to share why this one is close to my heart. Whether you choose to back it or not is not the point, I want to be heard, I want OEJ to be heard, and that's the point.
One-Eyed Jack is a limited series about the Las Vegas mass shooting that took place in 2017 and ended over 50 American lives. Five years later and nothing changed, we're still here shocked at mass shootings...
The only reason OEJ exist is because the powers in place continue to ignore the root of the problem. They mourn, they pretend to feel something but the truth of the matter is that at the end of the day they choose to sweep it under the rug and continue saying shootings happen because of individuals and not because of the system.
A system they keep in place. A system they are a part of. A system that's corrupted to its' core by greed, ego and vanity. Mass shootings is an American epidemic. Period. And that is because politicians refuse to listen to the people and pass new gun regulations.
When Stephen Paddock killed over 50 people with heavy artillery Anthony E. Zuiker reached out to elected officials hoping they would do right by survivors and the families destroyed by the death of their loved ones.
The response was a resounding "we need to forget this ever happened."
How can we forget a tragedy of this magnitude? How can we forget when tragedies like this happen so often? No, we won't forget. We will continue working on One-Eyed Jack so it's a part of a movement designed to disrupt the system.
The series attacks real-hard facts while mixing in supernatural ideas around good vs evil. It is a true essay on a number of sensitive issues that need to be discussed, they need to be talked about.
